About Me

Who am I?

I have had a passion for Optics since the age of 14 and have thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of my career. Having fulfilled many roles from dispensing to training, management to merchandising, I have learned to adopt a flexible approach and to be adaptable to developing situations in a variety of environments from private, independent businesses to large, extended hours multiples.

I am have been married to Tim since 2011 and after moving around for several years, have finally settled in South Lanarkshire. Family and friends are very important to me – my work/life balance is the reason I decided to work as a locum. Our family trio is completed by our young Boxer dog, Ludo.

I enjoy music, reading, films and socialising with family and friends. We like to have a short break once a year if possible and try to visit a different country each time. I am learning a new language and have a keen interest in science, especially physics with a focus on astronomy.

I have a full driving licence and access to my own vehicle.
